We both work in 24/7 business, so holidays together are hard to come by. We had a special holiday on December 15th - a week before Christmas. I had told her that the best christmas gifts are the ones you get to play with on Christmas day. To that accord, she gave me snow shoes. She simultaneously bought herself a gift of snow shoes. We spontaneously decided we were going to go to the mountains and try them out. It was already around 9 pm when this decision was made. Fantastic.
